Our founder Daniel Simon gave a presentation and ran a workshop at the IRM UK Enterprise Architecture & Business Process Management Conference in London from 09 to 12 October 2023.
His presentation on how to make architecture stick was about what belongs to the core facets of how to communicate effectively about architecture. His workshop on architecting through a capability lens shed light on the plethora of views on capability mapping and discussed the benefits and drawbacks of different approaches that can be found in practice. Different scenarios of using a capability map to architect the business in an effective way helped bring things to life.
