On 06 May 2022, our founder Daniel Simon gave a presentation (in German) titled “Business Architecture – Brücke zwischen Strategie und Prozessen” at the WorkflowAnalytica conference in Berlin.
Against the backdrop of organizations that nowadays face the need to adapt themselves at an increased pace and frequency and – among other things – change their processes as part of this, Daniel’s talk outlined how the use of business architecture (particularly capabilities) can help ensure that such changes are made in line with strategy and business model and without losing sight of the big picture.
